How to practice gratitude every day in a simple way

The universe loves gratitude. Give positive energy to the world, and the world will give positive energy back to you. Start with yourself and be thankful for the things you have instead of focusing on the things you don´t have.

Gratitude is like an energy field with its frequency. Tapping yourself into more gratitude will change your energy field, and more things will come to you that you can be grateful for.

It is like if someone gives you a present, and you don´t show appreciation or gratitude that person will most likely don´t provide you with anything again.

Say thank you for all the tough times from the past. Both the bad times and the good times that have made you who you are today. Your ability to handle future adversity will be stronger. You will always have faith that something good comes out in the end.

Be thankful for who you are and the strengths you have, and you will be more grateful for others. How you see yourself is how you view others.

Be present and grateful for the things around you. Thankful for the rain, the wind, the fresh air, the leaves on the tree, etc. When you start acknowledging these things, each day is going to be a blessing.

Gratitude will help you to be more resilient against negative thinking, such as worrying about things or blaming yourself all the time. You are your own worst critic, and instead of listening to negative thoughts, you can change that in a heartbeat and start listening to positive thoughts.

What you see in your mind you can hold in your hand. If you see yourself living a fulfilling and happy life, that is going to be your reality.

People who focus on gratitude performs better than others because they expect the best. We are thinking substance and thinking substance always become what we think of. You become your thoughts.

Faith is born of gratitude. The grateful mind always expects good things, and expectations become faith. With hope, you make it harder for your fears to control you.

Personal growth also feeds your faith. Be more intentional in your personal development and do something every day.

Practicing gratitude invites joy to your life. You cannot be grateful and angry and fearful at the same time.
