The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit

When you look at the ocean, you see all the big waves curling up on the shore in a never-ending motion. You have to be humble by that mighty force, created by mother nature. The most powerful force in your life is time. What you do with it is up to you. One thing is for sure, though; you cannot retrieve it or buy it.

I have said it before. It deserves mentioning again, “People underestimate what they can do over a more extended time and overestimate what they can do during a short period.

Consistency and discipline will eventually get you there. Without a clear purpose or rock-solid belief, you will most likely procrastinate or give up.

Either you move away from pain or towards pleasure. If you what your life to change, you have to change. Your habits will determine your outcome.

The result will come in time, as long as you keep on trying. Time will work in your favor, and every day will be another step towards your goals.

Stand guard at the door of your mind.

People often quit trying when the result doesn´t come right away. Then their mind tells them, “I told you so.” Your belief system is so secure that you need to see it in your mind before you can hold it in your hand. If you consider it impossible, you will never reach your target no matter how hard you try.

My personal experience of Blogging

I started to write about leadership and personal growth in May 2019. Little did I know about creating a blog or how to generate traffic. I watched YouTube, learned from the best, and copied their methods.

For the first months, hardly anyone visited the site, even though I published a new blog post every week. Today July 2020, I start to see some positive growth in my traffic to my website.

The hockey stick curve of traffic growth is real, as long as you consistently post quality content.

I recently made an excellent discovery for generating more traffic to your site, which was my acquaintance with Ezoic. Ezoic helps you to optimize your website to be more user friendly for mobile applications. Since more than half of the traffic is generated from mobile phones, your site must be optimized for that.

After implementation, my loading time for mobile applications has decreased dramatically. I could have done this by myself, but their software saved me at least a couple of weeks of work for doing the same thing.

Sometimes you have to use your time wisely. My expertise is in leadership and personal development and not data programming

I have created an E-course in leadership training at Uscreen, just by listening to mentors and reading their manuals. I am not trying to impress you, however, what I am saying is, If I can do it, you can do it too.

Of course, I fail all the time, but I learn and keep ongoing. Like the musicians, you sometimes see on TV which gets discovered at Americas Idol or similar programs. Everyone thinks they are talented but don’t realize that they practice every day and have done so since they could hold an instrument.

Consistency compounds and does little every day, and you will be amazed by how things will progress in your life.

Steady habits strengthen your self-confidence.

Often you hear coaches saying to their team to stick to their game plan when things start to get out of hand, short cuts, improvising, or pure procrastination.

Your game plan is to focus on your daily routine and hold on to it for several years to experience massive change.

What you focus on expands, and if you don´t know what to focus on, you can always start with our six human needs.

  1. Certainty

  2. Uncertainty/Variety

  3. Significance

  4. Love

  5. Growth

  6. Contribution

When you focus on all of them, you will live a more fulfilling and happy life.

Additionally, to the six human needs, I recommend that you also focus on your health. Remember that your body is your temple. With a healthier body comes a sharper mind. You will be able to do more and experience more.

Another benefit of sticking to your game plan is that you show your subconscious mind that you are in charge and that you will prevail. You show yourself that you are trustworthy and that you stick to your plan no matter what.

All these things will strengthen your self-confidence. When you can handle the small things in life, you can also control the more important things.

Putting a different meaning to things that happen in your life

Life is not happening to you; it is happening for you. Things will happen no matter what, but putting the meaning to them is what matters.

Instead of complaining, try to find the good things about the problem. When you are down, and life is hard, consider how much stronger you will be afterward.

Every time you go through some adversity, you will become stronger.

Instead of whining about all the work you have to do, picture how much more self-confidence you will have after you have finished or how it will be like when you succeed.

Remember, stick to your game plan and take action every day. Have patience for time is working in your favor. Work on your thoughts and change the meaning of the negative things that happen in your life.

Change your expectations for appreciation, and life will be beautiful to you.
