Eating healthy on a budget

I have not put in so much effort into my eating habits earlier. I am not overweight and have always avoided drinking sodas. However, when I learned more about what you eat and how that impacts your body, I became more interested.

You don´t have to be an expert to know what to eat that´s good for your body. Eating more greens and less sugar is one basic rule. Sugar turns into acid in your body, and that will affect the well being.

Drinking plenty of water and exercise helps your body do function optimally. Your body needs water, oxygen, and energy, and the most power you can get is out of green foods.

I try to drink as many green shakes as I can per week because that is a fast and easy way to get water and energy at the same time.

When you have a varying diet with lots of greens and water, your body will function optimally. Together with extensive breathing or exercise, you provide your body with oxygen.

What happens is that your body will be able to take care of all the bad things that you are exposed to, like toxicity from other sources, for example.

You will be resistant to becoming ill or getting the flu because your body will take care of that without you knowing when about it.

If your body is not working correctly it will focus only on the most necessary and store the things that it cannot handle in your tissue and your defenses system for external threats will be down and you will be sick more often.

If you eat healthily, your blood cells will also run smoother in your veins and not clog as much, which leads to less friction and your hart doesn’t need to work as hard. Blood and lungs can provide oxygen to the cells, and the risk for dysfunctions decreases, such as developing cancer tumors.

You want your body to be alkalized and not acid, and then it will be happy. Happy cells lead to a happy and energized you.
