One of the best ways to learn more about leadership skills is to write about it.
The things you focus on are the ones you tend to be good at. If you are a leader, you will grow even faster if you write down the things you learn regularly.
Not only will you learn faster, but you will also able to go back and reread it since repetition is the mother of skills.
Eventually, you will have so much material that you can write a book or just blog about the things you have learned or experienced. That’s where I am right now. Over the years, I have read, filed, and reflect, and It has actively helped me.

One feature that I especially like is that you can see your first score and then the final score after you have addressed all the suggestions. It gives you a nice feeling when you go from a score of 50 % to 100%
The recommendations themselves can also vary depending on the prerequisites that you state at the beginning of your correction procedure. Even though you have good quality content, it can be blurred in the reader’s eye if you have a lot of spelling issues.

Finally I also use Twinword Ideas that helps you find suggestions to different topics to write about depending how many people who search for different phrases on Google and the competition there is for that phrase. You should aim for as many search as possible and SEO Competition less than 30.
That way you will rank higher on Google search faster and drive more traffic to your blogg.
